All Fours Trinidad is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
All Fours Trinidad is a card game for entertainment. It keeps score only. It does not offer real-money play, betting or prizes, and it never handles money. Do not use it to arrange or settle wagers.
All Fours is played differently from island to island and table to table. The app follows the rules most widely played in Trinidad and Tobago, with house rules you can change in Settings. Your table may play it differently.
Online games run through Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. Be respectful to the people you play with. We may be unable to resolve issues with a match, such as a player leaving, because we do not run a game server.
If the app offers in-app purchases, Apple processes them. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Your games and stats are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up. Deleting the app deletes its local data. See the Privacy Policy for what the app sends.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The current version will always be posted at this address.
