Applies to: the iOS application "Anagram Manager", distributed via the Apple App Store.
These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Hello Good Day LLC (a Florida LLC — "we," "us," or "Hello Good Day"). By downloading, installing, or playing Anagram Manager, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please delete the app.
Anagram Manager is a free word-puzzle game for iPhone (iOS 17+). You find words from a set of letter tiles across several modes: Survival, Daily Challenge, Drift Survival, Connections, Word Ladder, Phrase Pair Friday, and 1v1 Random Match via Game Center. Game progress, settings, and hint tokens are stored locally on your device. We operate no game server; multiplayer is handled entirely by Apple's Game Center (GameKit) framework.
You must be at least 4 years old to download Anagram Manager (App Store age rating: 4+ with optional content that may not be suitable for all ages when the explicit-words setting is enabled). To use Game Center multiplayer and leaderboards, you must also comply with Apple's Game Center terms and be old enough in your jurisdiction to have a Game Center account.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms. By using the app, you confirm that a parent or guardian has done so and agrees on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Anagram Manager on iPhone devices you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Hint tokens are earned by playing — you receive 2 tokens on your first app-open each calendar day, and you start with 3. There is no way to buy additional tokens and no mechanism to spend real money inside the app.
If we introduce paid features or in-app purchases in a future version, we will update these Terms and notify you in the app before any purchase flow is added.
The bundled word dictionary (~89,000 entries) is derived from the public-domain ENABLE word list and the MIT-licensed matthewhudson/words corpus, audited against additional sources. All dictionary content and game templates remain the property of Hello Good Day LLC or their respective rights holders.
Explicit-words setting: The app includes a profanity filter that is on by default. You may disable it in Settings → Game → Allow Explicit Words. A confirmation prompt is shown before the filter is turned off. You are responsible for the appropriateness of this setting in your household and for ensuring minors in your care do not enable it without your consent.
Word feedback: If you flag a word for addition or removal using the in-game flag icon, that feedback is stored locally on your device. We may review aggregated feedback you choose to export (via Settings → Dictionary Feedback → Export CSV) if you voluntarily send it to us. We use it only to improve the dictionary.
The 1v1 Random Match mode uses Apple's Game Center (GameKit) for matchmaking, in-match communication, and leaderboards. By using multiplayer, you also agree to Apple's Game Center terms. We have no server between you and your opponent; match data travels through Apple's infrastructure.
Fair play: You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or intentionally disrupt another player's experience. We reserve the right to reset skill ratings or restrict access to multiplayer for players who violate these rules.
Reporting: You can report an opponent using the Report button on the multiplayer screen. Reports are submitted to Apple via GKPlayer.report(_:) and are handled by Apple. A local record of the player ID you reported is stored on your device only.
These Terms are between you and Hello Good Day LLC, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Anagram Manager and is not responsible for any product liability claims or warranty failures, except to the extent required by applicable law.
We may update Anagram Manager through the App Store. Updates may change game rules, add or remove game modes, adjust the hint-token economy, modify the dictionary, or alter other features. We will not use an update to introduce paid content without updating these Terms and notifying you in the app first.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Deleting the app removes all locally-stored game data from your device. Game Center leaderboard scores and achievements submitted to Apple remain in Game Center and are governed by Apple's terms.
We may revoke your license to use the app if you violate these Terms, particularly the fair-play provisions in Section 6.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Daily puzzle availability depends on correct device date and time settings. Leaderboard and multiplayer features depend on Apple's Game Center infrastructure; we make no guarantee of uptime or availability for features outside our control.
The bundled word list is provided for entertainment purposes. We make no representation that it is complete, perfectly curated, or suitable for any competitive purpose beyond the game itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of progress, or interruptions to multiplayer or leaderboard features.
Our total liability for all claims related to the app shall not exceed US $20. Because the app is free, this cap accurately reflects the value exchanged.
Some jurisdictions do not permit these limitations. To the extent yours does not, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the app shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts under mandatory consumer-protection law, that right is preserved.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify you in the app. Your continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If we make a material change — such as introducing paid features — we will provide at least 14 days' notice in the app before it takes effect.
