By downloading or using Bezelist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Bezelist is an App Store screenshot studio. It frames screenshots, applies templates and backgrounds, can build a set from your raw screenshots using on-device AI, and can export or upload finished screenshots. Core features are available without purchase. Bezelist Pro unlocks additional capabilities as described in the app.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the app. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to such terms, use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Bezelist does not require you to create an account with us. Features such as iCloud sync use your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms. Direct App Store Connect upload uses an App Store Connect API key that you provide.
You agree to use Bezelist only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for the screenshots, images, and text you import or create, and for ensuring you have the right to use them.
Bezelist offers Bezelist Pro as either a one-time, non-consumable lifetime in-app purchase or an auto-renewable subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
The app, its design, our templates, and our trademarks are owned by Hello Good Day LLC or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create or import (your screenshots, images, and text). You grant us no license beyond what is needed for the app to store, render, and — at your request — export or upload that content.
Bezelist includes device frames and starter templates to help you create App Store assets. These are provided for use within the app to design your own screenshots. Apple device designs and trademarks are the property of Apple Inc.; Bezelist is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. You are responsible for ensuring your finished assets comply with the App Store Review Guidelines and Apple's marketing and trademark guidelines.
Bezelist is a design tool. It does not guarantee App Store acceptance, ranking, or any particular outcome for assets you create or upload.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Sync and upload features depend on Apple services (iCloud, CloudKit, the App Store, and App Store Connect). We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services, or for any action Apple takes on your App Store Connect account in connection with content you upload.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature where permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this document.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Your use of Bezelist is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
