Bonjou — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Bonjou, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Educational use only — not medical advice

Bonjou is an educational tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. Bonjou presents general timing and interaction information based on published absorption research, public FDA labels, and NIH resources. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

• Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing how or when you take any medication, supplement, or vitamin.
• Bonjou is not for emergencies or urgent medical decisions. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
• Interaction, food, and timing information is general and may not reflect your individual circumstances. Individual responses vary.
• Bonjou does not recommend, endorse, or sell any specific medication, supplement, vitamin, or brand. Some items listed (including certain supplements and peptides) are not evaluated or approved by the FDA; their inclusion is for scheduling convenience only and is not a safety endorsement.

You acknowledge this educational, non-endorsement framing during onboarding, and it is reaffirmed throughout the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Bonjou, and capable of forming a binding agreement.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bonjou on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

4. Bonjou Plus subscriptions and purchases

Bonjou's core scheduling features — and private iCloud sync — are free. Bonjou Plus unlocks additional features (such as managing multiple people, calendar mirroring, and Live Activities). Bonjou Plus is offered as:

• Monthly auto-renewing subscription,
• Yearly auto-renewing subscription, and
• Lifetime one-time purchase.

The current prices are shown in the app at the point of purchase.

Auto-renewal terms (subscriptions):

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown in the app.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime purchase: the Lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no recurring billing.

Family Sharing: Bonjou Plus purchases are enabled for Apple Family Sharing where supported, subject to Apple's rules.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You are responsible for decisions you make about your health; always involve a qualified professional.
• If you manage profiles for other people (such as family members), you represent that you are authorized to do so and to handle their information.

6. Intellectual property

Bonjou, its name, design, content, and the curated interaction and timing data are owned by Hello Good Day LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Public-source data (e.g., FDA labels, NIH materials) remains subject to its own terms; our compilation and presentation are our work.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BONJOU IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION IN THE APP IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELLO GOOD DAY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE APP, OR FROM ANY HEALTH DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON IT. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places, the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hello Good Day LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app or by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Termination

You may stop using Bonjou at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content; the Apple Media Services Terms also apply to your use.

12. Apple-required terms (EULA)

This app is licensed, not sold, to you. If you obtained Bonjou from the Apple App Store, the Apple "Licensed Application End User License Agreement" (Apple's standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) applies, and to the extent these Terms conflict with it for App Store usage, Apple's EULA governs for that usage. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
