App: Cut and Sew: Pattern Projector
By downloading or using Cut and Sew (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own sewing and crafting purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App is free to use with core features (importing patterns, calibration, Verify Scale, and single-pattern projection). "Cut and Sew Pro" is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription. Pro unlocks additional features such as an unlimited pattern library, multiple calibration profiles, and other tools described in the App. Purchases are processed by Apple; pricing and refunds are handled under Apple's terms.
You are responsible for the sewing patterns and other files you import. You must have the right to use any pattern you load into the App. Your content stays on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own iCloud account — we do not claim ownership of it and we cannot access it.
The App helps you project a pattern at true scale, but projection accuracy depends on your hardware and setup (your projector, its keystone settings, your mounting, and your calibration). Always use the built-in Verify Scale check with a physical tape measure before cutting.
We are not responsible for cutting errors, wasted fabric, mis-sized garments, or any other loss resulting from projection inaccuracy or misuse. Measure twice, cut once.
Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to infringe anyone's intellectual property.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that projected measurements will be exact on every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost fabric, materials, time, or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
These Terms apply while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the App or its features if required by law or Apple's policies.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
