Ocean Digest ("the app") is made by Hello Good Day LLC ("we," "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it — Apple will refund per their policy.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Ocean Digest on devices you own or control, under the Apple Media Services Terms you already accepted when you downloaded it. You can't resell the app, reverse engineer it, or strip out any part of it to use elsewhere.
Use the app for its intended purpose: a decorative Caribbean fish-tank widget. Don't try to break it, abuse any shared features, or use it in a way that violates the law or Apple's rules.
Ocean Digest is free to download with the starter fish and one tank. Unlock Everything is a single one-time purchase that adds every fish, every prop pack, Colour Studio, the Porthole window and Wander, and up to 10 tanks. The price is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by storefront.
There is no subscription. The purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. It stays with your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices with Restore Purchases. With Family Sharing, members of your family group can use it too. Refunds are at Apple's discretion; request them through Apple directly.
Ocean Digest is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it working, but we don't promise it will be bug-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every future iOS/macOS/tvOS release. Your tank data is stored locally and in your own iCloud — back up your device if it matters to you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hello Good Day LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app. Our total liability is capped at whatever you paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
