One Big Calendar

See your period and your work calendar on one screen

One Big Calendar puts your calendar events and your menstrual cycle on a single grid, so you do not have to switch apps. iCloud, Google and Outlook events sit next to your period, phases, moon and symptoms.

It is for people who live out of a calendar and want to plan travel, meetings or deep work around their phases, including people with ADHD who want one screen for everything.

How One Big Calendar does it

  1. Connect your existing calendars, work and personal.
  2. Log your period days, and see your phases and next-period prediction on the grid.
  3. Turn on two-way Apple Health sync, if you want your existing period logs to appear.
  4. Add symptoms, mood, intimacy or weight with one-tap logs.
  5. Toggle cosmic overlays such as moon phases, retrogrades and eclipses, and read the Focus Today card.
