Welcome to One Big Calendar, built by Hello Good Day LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Apple's standard EULA — this Agreement replaces those default terms with the ones on this page).

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

• Pricing and available tiers are shown inside the app before purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew for the same period at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation — you can cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. We can help you find the right link, but we can't issue refunds directly.
• Lifetime purchase — a single non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro on the Apple ID that bought it, for as long as the app remains on the App Store.

Your content

You keep every right to the cycle logs, symptoms, notes, and events you enter. We don't claim any ownership. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to that data.

Not medical advice

One Big Calendar is a tracking and organization tool. Anything the app shows you — predicted period dates, phase insights, test-timing suggestions, symptom heatmaps, questionnaires — is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to break, decompile, resell, or misuse the app. Don't use it to violate anyone else's rights.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the app is error-free, uninterrupted, or fits every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the app. If we are found liable for something, our total liability is capped at what you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
