These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the One Big Camera app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.
You own the photos, videos, and other media you capture and create with the app. Because the app stores your media on your device, you are responsible for it — including backing it up and for how you use and share it. We claim no ownership of your content and do not access it.
You agree to use the app lawfully. You will not use it to record, create, or share content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that violates another person's privacy (including recording people without consent where consent is required). You are solely responsible for the content you capture and share.
Laws about recording audio, video, and people vary by location. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any that require the consent of people being recorded.
The app currently has no in-app purchases. If paid features are offered in the future, the applicable pricing and terms will be presented at the point of purchase, and purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captures or exports will always succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of media or data, arising from your use of the app. Because your media is stored locally, loss of the device or deletion of the app may result in permanent loss of your content.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may update or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
