One Big Clipboard — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the One Big Clipboard app for Mac, iPhone, and iPad ("One Big Clipboard", "the app"). By downloading or using One Big Clipboard you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

One Big Clipboard is a clipboard manager: it saves what you copy so you can search, organize, and reuse it. One Big Clipboard runs on your device, with optional sync through your own private iCloud. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Your license

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use One Big Clipboard on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not:

• copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the app to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.

The app, its name, and its design remain the property of the developer.

Purchases

One Big Clipboard is free to use with a 50-clip history. One Big Clipboard Premium is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited clipboard history.

• Purchases are processed by Apple. Pricing, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms.
• One Big Clipboard Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to renew or cancel.
• A purchase made on iPhone or iPad unlocks Premium on your other devices — including the companion Mac app — automatically when they are signed into the same iCloud account.

Your content and your responsibility

One Big Clipboard stores whatever you copy or create. You are responsible for the content you put into One Big Clipboard and for keeping sensitive material safe — for example by using per-clip encryption, app lock, and care over where you enable iCloud sync or display widgets. The developer never has access to your clips.

"As is" — no warranty

One Big Clipboard is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that no data will ever be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) One Big Clipboard. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Apple

For One Big Clipboard obtained through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.

Changes

These Terms may change. When they do, the "Last updated" date will change and the new version will be posted at the same URL. Continuing to use One Big Clipboard after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
