These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the One Big Projector application ("the App"), developed by Hello Good Day LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You may use the App to create and display projection-mapping content for personal or commercial projection.
The App may offer a one-time purchase ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Because Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase (not a subscription), it does not auto-renew. Purchases can be restored on your devices using the "Restore" option in the App. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
Any projects, images, videos, text, and other content you import or create ("Your Content") remain yours. We claim no ownership of Your Content, and it is stored on your device — we do not access it. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use, project, and display it. Do not use the App to display content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.

The App ships with built-in effects, templates, and other assets. These are provided for use within the App to create projections and may not be extracted or redistributed separately.
The App, its design, and its bundled assets are owned by Hello Good Day LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.
The App projects to external displays and projectors via wired (HDMI/USB-C) and wireless (AirPlay) connections provided by your device and Apple's operating system. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the behavior of third-party projectors, adapters, cables, displays, or networks, or for the quality, latency, or reliability of any external connection.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every projector or accessory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may end it at any time by deleting the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
