By downloading or using One Big Screen ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Hello Good Day LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
One Big Screen offers a one-time Premium upgrade ("One Big Screen Premium") that unlocks additional features. New users get Premium features free for their first 24 hours after first launching the App; no purchase or payment details are required, and access simply ends unless you buy the upgrade. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not handle or store payment information.
All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not issue refunds outside of Apple's standard refund process.
If Apple removes the App from the App Store, your existing purchase remains valid for use on devices where the App is already installed, but we cannot guarantee future availability or updates.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to create, display, or distribute content that is:
We are not responsible for content you create or display using the App.
If you enable iCloud, your banner data — including any banner messages, colors, and photo backgrounds you add — is stored in your personal Apple iCloud account. Hello Good Day LLC does not access, control, or store that data. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Banners and any images you add are your content. You are responsible for the content you create and display using the App. You represent that you have the right to use any images or text you incorporate into your banners. You agree not to use the App to display content that is unlawful, infringes a third party's intellectual property or other rights, or is harassing or threatening toward any person.
The App periodically downloads configuration data (feature flags, optional fonts, optional display frames) from our servers. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove remotely configured features at any time without notice. Premium features that are part of your purchase will not be removed without reasonable notice.
The App, including its design, fonts bundled within it, graphics, and code, is owned by Hello Good Day LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any part of it.
Content you create using the App — your banner messages and designs — belongs to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hello Good Day LLC, its officers, and its members from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Sections 7–12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.
