Ringround is made by Hello Good Day LLC. By downloading or using Ringround, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
These terms supplement that EULA. Where they differ, Apple's Standard EULA governs for App Store purchases.
Ringround is a personal day-planning app. It shows your day as a 24-hour ring so you can see and structure your time. Ringround is a productivity tool — it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
Anything you create in Ringround (schedules, block names, categories, notes) is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for the content you create.
"Ringround Pro" is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the free 5-block-per-day limit. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to the App Store's terms; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore a previous purchase from the paywall's "Restore Purchases" control.
Use Ringround for your own personal planning. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app in ways that violate the Apple EULA or applicable law.
Ringround is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Ringround stores data locally; please back up anything important (e.g. via an iCloud device backup).
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
