By downloading, installing, or using SplitFlap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is owned and operated by Hello Good Day LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SplitFlap is a split-flap display application available on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS. The App provides a digital split-flap board that displays clocks, custom messages, quotes, color patterns, now-playing music information, timers, and other visual content on your device.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Usage Rules set forth therein.
You are solely responsible for any content you create within the App, including custom messages, quotes, and color patterns. All user content is stored locally on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account. We do not access, moderate, or store your content on any server.
The App may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Premium features are provided as a Universal Purchase and are available across all supported platforms signed into the same Apple ID.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, animations, sound effects, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Hello Good Day LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
The App may interact with third-party services provided by Apple, including but not limited to StoreKit, iCloud, WeatherKit, and MediaPlayer frameworks. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hello Good Day LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hello Good Day LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your devices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will appear at the top of this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hello Good Day LLC regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
