Where do the sizes come from?
From Apple's Screenshot specifications page in App Store Connect Help, checked on November 3, 2026. Apple changes this list, so confirm against that page before you submit.
Is my image uploaded?
No. Your browser reads the image locally to get its size and format. Nothing leaves your device.
Which sizes are required?
Apple lists iPhone with Dynamic Island (medium display) as required for iPhone, and 13-inch iPad if your app runs on iPad. Mac, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro and Apple Watch apps have their own sizes.
Why was my PNG flagged for transparency?
Apple says images can't include alpha channels or transparencies. The checker reads the PNG header, which says whether an alpha channel exists, even if every pixel is opaque. Export again without alpha.
