Big Bass is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Any optional upgrade is processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
The lessons, riffs, and exercises in the app are for your personal practice.
You are responsible for the songs you import into the Jam tab. Only import audio you own or have the right to use. Imported songs stay on your device and are for your personal practice.
Your progress lives on your device and, if iCloud is turned on, in your private iCloud. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up; deleting the app deletes its local data, including imported songs. See the Privacy Policy.
Take breaks, keep volume at a comfortable level, and stop if you feel pain in your hands, wrists, or arms. Slap and pop techniques are physical; build up slowly.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The tuner, metronome, and lesson feedback are practice aids, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be posted at this address.
