These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and Hello Good Day LLC ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the I Say So mobile application, the Say So website at hellogoodday.com/isayso, any associated subdomains, and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "App").
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher (for example, 16 in some EU jurisdictions). If you are under the applicable age in your country, you may not use the App, even with parental permission.
If you are between the minimum age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization. You may maintain only one personal account at a time.
If you use Sign in with Apple, the Apple Media Services Terms of Use and Apple's privacy practices also apply to that authentication. We only receive the information Apple provides to us as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the App on an Apple-branded mobile device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not include the right to:
"Your Content" means anything you create, upload, submit, record, or store in the App, including affirmations you write or customize, journal entries, voice recordings, photos you add to your vision board, goals, intentions, synchronicities, self-concept assessments, belief ladders, feedback you submit, and your display name, avatar, and profile preferences.
Your Content is yours. We do not claim ownership. You retain all intellectual property rights in Your Content.
To operate the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except we may keep de-identified aggregate usage statistics, content for a short technical retention period in routine backups (typically up to 30 days), and content where we are required to by law or to resolve a legal claim.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models, sell it to advertisers, or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you own it or have the rights to use it, it does not infringe on anyone else's rights, and it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
You can export your data at any time from Profile → Export Data. You can delete individual affirmations, journal entries, goals, synchronicities, voice recordings, and photo collections directly in the App. You can delete your entire account from Profile → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing hi@hellogoodday.com.
Some features let you share Your Content directly to a destination you choose — for example, exporting a voice recording, or sharing an affirmation card together with your voice as an image, audio file, or short video. These exports are generated on your device and sent through Apple's built-in share sheet to whatever app you pick. They do not pass through our servers, and remain Your Content once shared — you are responsible for where you choose to send them.
You agree not to use the App to: violate any law or third-party right; post or store unlawful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, or sexually explicit content; harm or exploit minors; infringe any intellectual property right; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or our infrastructure; interfere with the App or other users; use automated tools without our written permission; circumvent subscription payments or content gates; upload malicious code; or use the App in a way that could reasonably be mistaken for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable user-generated content, including content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, that depicts or promotes self-harm or violence, or that exploits or harms minors.
To report objectionable content that you encounter in the App, email hi@hellogoodday.com with the subject line "Report Objectionable Content" and a description of the content and its location. We commit to reviewing every report and acting on objectionable content within 24 hours of receipt.
We will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these Terms. Repeat violators are not entitled to refunds for any unused portion of a paid subscription. We may also permanently ban a violator from creating future accounts on the App.
The App uses artificial intelligence (currently OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini) to power features like AI-generated affirmations, the belief ladder, journal coaching prompts, pattern recognition, and affirmation rewrites. You understand and agree that:
We apply a daily limit on AI calls for free users (currently 1 per day; subject to change). Premium subscribers get an expanded limit.
The App is a wellness and personal-reflection tool. It is not a medical device, a mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional care.
We offer the following premium tiers through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
All refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
We may change subscription prices at any time. If a price change affects your existing subscription, Apple will notify you and you may accept the change or cancel before the next renewal.
The App offers a free tier with access to a subset of features (including the affirmation library, custom affirmations, journaling, and a limited number of daily AI calls). The scope of the free tier may change over time.
To the extent anything in these Terms conflicts with the Apple Media Services Terms of Use or the standard End User License Agreement applicable to App Store apps, the Apple terms control for the limited purposes of subscription billing, refunds, and the operation of the App Store.
In compliance with Florida Statutes § 501.165:
All content in the App that is not Your Content — including the App's source code, design, graphics, logos, icons, fonts, animations, curated affirmation library, shadow work prompts, guided session scripts, ambient audio tracks, and card background images — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "I Say So", "Say So", and "Hello Good Day" are trademarks of Hello Good Day LLC.
If you send us suggestions, feature requests, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback without any obligation to you.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content in the App, please email hi@hellogoodday.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content in the App, your contact information, a good-faith belief statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
The App uses the following third-party services, each with its own terms and privacy policies: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), OpenAI (AI-generated content), Apple (app distribution, in-app purchases, Sign in with Apple), and Expo (build tooling and some runtime services).
We may release updates, new features, or changes to the App at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We may discontinue the App, any feature, or any subscription tier at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature or the entire service, we will give you reasonable advance notice and, where required by Apple's policies, facilitate any applicable refund through Apple.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. To fully close your account and delete your server-side data, use the in-app Delete Account flow or email hi@hellogoodday.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we believe your use exposes us or other users to legal or safety risk, if we are required to by law, if we discontinue the App, or if your payment fails or is disputed.
Sections 3.3 (License you grant us — retention provisos), 3.4 (Your responsibility), 6 (Wellness disclaimer), 8 (Intellectual property), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of liability), 14 (Indemnification), and 16 (Governing law & disputes) survive termination.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement; warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses; warranties that content (including AI-generated content) will be accurate, reliable, or complete; warranties that manifestation or affirmation practices will produce any particular outcome; and warranties that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, this disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) $50 USD.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hello Good Day LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or any third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date, post the revised Terms at hellogoodday.com/isayso/terms, and for material changes give you reasonable notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the App are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before filing any lawsuit or formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at hi@hellogoodday.com with a description of the dispute and your desired resolution. We agree to try in good faith to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before either party pursues formal action.
If informal resolution fails, any legal action must be brought in a state or federal court located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of those courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against us.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent material harm.
Because the App is distributed through Apple's App Store, the following apply between you and Apple:
