No. One Big Clipboard has no servers. Everything you copy is stored locally on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync (a Premium feature), your clips are mirrored through Apple's CloudKit private database — which belongs to your iCloud account, not us. The developer cannot read your clips under any circumstances.
One Big Clipboard uses CloudKit's private database, which Apple assigns to your personal iCloud account. Only your devices can read it — Apple encrypts it in transit and at rest, and the developer has no access. It is not the same as a shared or public CloudKit database.
