By downloading or using Rows & Stitches, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Rows & Stitches helps you view crochet and knitting patterns alongside row counters, timers, and optional step-by-step parsing. Core features are available without purchase. A one-time Rows & Stitches Lifetime in-app purchase unlocks step-by-step pattern parsing. All bundled starter patterns included with the app are free.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the app. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to such terms, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Rows & Stitches does not require you to create an account with us. Features such as iCloud sync use your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms.
You agree to use Rows & Stitches only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for patterns and content you import. Only import patterns you have the right to use.
Rows & Stitches Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
We do not offer subscriptions in Rows & Stitches at this time. There is no automatic renewal for the lifetime purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
The app, its design, bundled starter patterns created by us, and our trademarks are owned by Hello Good Day LLC or our licensors.
You retain ownership of content you create or import (your project notes, imported PDFs, photos, and similar user content). You grant us no license beyond what is needed for the app to store and display that content on your devices.
Rows & Stitches includes beginner crochet patterns bundled with the app. These patterns are provided for personal use within the app. You may not redistribute bundled pattern text or files outside the app except as permitted by applicable law.
Rows & Stitches is a counting and pattern-viewing tool. It does not guarantee accurate row counts, pattern interpretation, or project outcomes. Craft at your own risk. Verify critical measurements and instructions against your pattern source.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Rows & Stitches Lifetime in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Sync and device features depend on Apple services (iCloud, CloudKit, Watch, widgets, notifications). We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services.
Some features show videos from YouTube using YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. We don't control YouTube content or its availability.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature where permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this document.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Your use of Rows & Stitches is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
