I Say So — Delete Your Account

I Say So is published by Hello Good Day LLC. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — directly inside the app, or by emailing us. Both options remove the same data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email hi@hellogoodday.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and login credentials
• Every affirmation you created
• Journal entries, gratitude, goals, synchronicities, and practice history
• Self-concept assessments and belief ladders
• Voice recordings and photos backed up to your private cloud space
• Saved playlists and app preferences

This data is removed from our active systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain a minimal record of your purchases and transactions where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. As described in our Privacy Policy, these records are kept for up to 7 years in an anonymized form that cannot be linked back to you or used to contact you.
