Pitch & Taw is a marbles game for entertainment. It has no gambling, no real-money play, no betting of marbles or anything else, and no prizes. Do not use it to arrange or settle wagers.
Pitch (the game, also called rings) is played differently from yard to yard across Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean. The app follows one common version: 13 marbles in the ring, players take turns pitching their taw, a marble knocked fully out of the ring is yours, and the first to 7 wins (or, in Clear the ring, knock out all 13 in as few pitches as you can). Your yard's rules may differ.
Pitch & Taw does not show advertising, and we do not plan to add it.
Pitch & Taw may offer optional marble packs. They are one-time, non-consumable purchases that change only how your marbles look and give no advantage in play. Apple processes all purchases, and prices are shown in the app before you buy. When packs are on sale, the app will include Restore Purchases for reinstalling or changing devices. Pitch & Taw has no subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Your games and progress are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up. Deleting the app deletes its local data. See the Privacy Policy at https://hellogoodday.com/pitchandtaw/privacy for what the app sends.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Good Day LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The current version will always be posted at https://hellogoodday.com/pitchandtaw/terms.
